There was no bathtub,no spa and even no functional changing room for swimming or beside the pool

There was a huge exhaust fan outside our window all night that created vibration and noise hard to sleep

Polite and Courteous Staff. Great location. Perfect breakfast. Clean. Obviously we expect the TATA values and standard and it showed.

Maybe my expectations but thought the suite we stayed was a little small for the Vivanta Brand probably. But no complains as such. I was told at the reception that bill would be shared on my email but yet to receive it. Maybe a technical glitch.

It's recently renovated. I loved the comfortable rooms. The buffet came to my rescue as I had a busy business trip

The food items, even the tea/coffee were a bit high priced for a four-star property in Mangalore. The mattress and the pillows are uncomfortable, a complete mismatch with the Taj brand and hospitality.

Breakfast was excellent. Specially the south Indian, Idly & Sambar was amazing. Also I liked the items from live kitchen, like Dosa and omelet.

The location is the highlight-close to everything that you wish to do at Mangalore makes it very impressive. The room was very comfortable, the staff always smiling and ensuring that you are always attended to, the Masala tea was quite amazing. I would especially mention Memories of China, the in-house Chinese restaurant.

Nothing. Our room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke which could be due to tge vent or a prévoius guest.

Break fast is not my expectation and frm Taj ai was expect much and the sad thing is the location and view frm my room to ourside was hectic..

Choice of breakfast was exceptional. Service was a little bit slow for dosa, eggs etc. I wish there was a live station.

Front staff needs to be more welcoming, especially if you know there are a 1st time visitor one needs them to go beyond to make it memorable and ensure they will be repeat visitors . Your Mynta staff was fabulous.. they ensured i was well taken care of, recommended few dishes etc i loved their hospitality

The hotel exceeded our expectations and is worth of its Taj relationship (former Taj, currently Vivanta). We liked the layout of the hotel, the room, the breakfast/dinning restaurant, the staff friendliness. In short, and excellent hotel.
